RESOLUCION 3622/2022 – TIPOS DE RECETARIOS VIGENTES
Desde FACAF nos informan que para aquellas obras sociales, entidades de medicina prepaga, ART´s, etc. que no se expidan al respecto, las farmacias no deben recibir fotos de recetas remitidas por whatsapp, correo electrónico etc.
En los casos de entidades que no se expidan, la farmacias deben recibir solamente recetas originales o electrónicas (las recetas digitales o electrónicas continúan siendo válidas en todo el territorio nacional, de acuerdo a lo establecido por la Ley 27.553) o formatos de recetas de tratamientos prolongados o especiales ya aprobados, según norma de atención de cada Entidad, con anterioridad a la pandemia.

Recordamos algunos ítems a tener en cuenta a la hora de gestionar los aparatos de medición de glucosa:
- Todos los pacientes que soliciten “Aparatos de medición de Glucosa “ en las farmacias deberán tramitarlo con una receta de cualquier Obra Social, sin excepción .
- Para tramitar los aparatos las farmacias deberán guiarse con el Instructivo anteriormente publicado.
- Para la presentación en Camara se deberá confeccionar una planilla determinada (ver abajo), además de los comprobantes -voucher completados por la farmacia y firmados en conformidad por los pacientes retirantes.

Las farmacias deberán enviar por duplicado un listado confeccionado con los nombres de los Pacientes , sus DNI y fechas de entrega de los Aparatos , ademas de adjuntar a dicho listado los correspondientes cupones firmados por los clientes que emite el sistema de registro y sus recetas .
